Appointments are booked for 30 minutes which allows us to get an accurate history on your pet, perform a complete physical examination and review any health care needs that your pet may have. We have evening appointments on Thursdays till 8 pm and Saturday morning appointments till noon. Other week nights we are open till 6 pm. We hope to make this convenient for you.

After Hours Emergency Care
Our after hours emergency calls are directed to the Kawarthara Veterinary Emergency Clinic. This facility is fully staffed with a veterinarian and support staff on duty at any time our clinic is closed. It is conveniently located at 1840 Lansdowne St. West, Peterborough. 705-741-5832 We are very excited to offer this high level of care and expertise in emergency medicine and surgery.
